Bugs are a thing that are bound to happen with any software and I try to resolve the majority of them very quickly however a lot of people have decided to PM me on various outlets with things such as "xy doesn't work". That is not a bug report. That is a complaint and messages like that are a waste of time for everyone involved as it doesn't tell me anything so I'm creating this forum specifically for bug reports and how to write them.

WRITING A PROPER BUG REPORT

All bug reports should contain the following:

• 1-3 sentences tell me what the bug is.
• A link where the issue is occurring. This tells me exactly where it is
• Reproduction steps (details below). This tells me how to re-create the bug on my end
• Image (if applicable / not cropped). This shows me what the user see
• Reproduction rate (details below). This tells me if I should spend a bit more time trying to reproduce it before calling it done
• Your operating system and browser (if web issue) or app version (if app issue)

1-3 Sentences

Bad: Afterdream doesn't load
Good: Opening the game Afterdream from a users profile results in a blank screen

Hello.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but my friend is trying to recover his password because he forgot (after creating again the username) but for some reason no email came for him.

 

His username is:  Br-Guh

He didn't receive an email because he attempted to register without upgrading his app which means he never input an email. I've deleted his ghost account and he will need to create a new one...on the updated version of the app.

I have a bug on my notifications ... It shows the red dot and will not go away? I read all and it wont go away for 4 days now?

I have had the same issue for a while now including currently, but @NaMeTaKeN33 said he can't reproduce it, so can't fix it.

Hello, my profile shows I've played death stranding for 116 huors but exophase shows 119, can you please full sync my account? It says I have to wait 4 more months. I'd appreciate if you'd manually resync my account.

We pull the time and applications open directly from PSN so that should be correct. (i'm not familiar with exophase's backend). Normally i wouldn't full sync just for a time played discrepancy but i've gone ahead and sorted that out for you, after a reset you're sat at 117 hours, 38 minutes and 10 seconds.
