Is it because Pocket PSN has a hidden games system that your API doesn't take hidden games into account? Because doing it manually is complicated 🙂

I think it would be a good idea to disable ads on the guide creator page - folks are there to create content for the site, having to click away an ad after every second time I save the guide doesn't feel right.

Unlike other sites, we don't just trawl the API for your trophies. This is how we're able to pull Game Time Info, App Played Data e.t.c. Yes it's my seem complicated to what people are used to compared to other sites but we're not other sites.. it's explained here in the FAQ's 2nd spoiler. (im in the process of updating it (FAQ's), sadly i've been busy with IRL stuff which is why im behind on posting public reports for bugs aswell.)

 

 

Most likely this has already been suggested, but I'd really like to see trophy milestones on the profile page : 10th platinum, 100th platinum, 10000th trophy, etc. I think this would fit right into the cabinet section. This is the one core feature I find missing.

If it already exists and I just didn't see it, then I apologize.

Suggested:

(This is an attempt to keep all the upvoted suggestions tracked in one place.)

- Milestones: We all plan our milestones; having them displayed on our profiles would be fantastic! Hopefully, it is in the works—1st trophy, Plat, etc, etc. 

- Game Threads: The best way to find discussions and tips on games you’re currently playing is to have game threads that can be created and linked to the game you’re viewing. 

- Mobile App - Profile Scrolling: It'd be nice when scrolling on a profile that the banner and stats would disappear upwards, allowing for more trophies and games to be displayed. This would reappear when scrolling back up. What is the technical term here? 

- Console / Region Tag: Knowing what region a game belongs to and the console for game stacks, mainly on mobile. Please take a look at @hatem200479s post in this thread for screenshot examples.

- Larger game icons on profiles, the box artwork, I agree, is quite small. 

- Loading Trophy Lists: Clicking on a game loads your trophy list (e.g. clicking on a game that is listed under "Popular this week")

- "Incomplete" games filter for your Dashboard, and sorting options (Asc, Desc) so you can have a "check list" of incomplete games you'd like to work on next

- Improving "Game Lists" feature, also add a button on Dashboard so people can check out each other's Game Lists

- Backlog Kanban feature: This is an idea I saw elsewhere, but basically drag & drop games from Kanban sections to another

- Trophy Sorting: Being able to sort trophies within a game by: not earned, alphabetical, and pocket points. 

-  Recent player percentage bar:  When on a game page, there is a "recent players" list, which can be nice to compare or reference for progress. Having a tiny progress bar underneath to know what players progress is would be a quality-of-life improvement.

 

In Progress:

- Tags (In progress) - VR and region tags are being applied. If you encounter a game without one, please submit a report. PSVR Tags: Many games are missing VR tags, directly affecting the VR leaderboards.

 

Completed:

- Trophy Cabinet (Completed!) Can this be 10? At least for Diamond Supporters?  Five for non-Diamond members and 10 for Diamond members.

- Game Stacks (Fixed- Diamond Member Perk) Only for shovelware, games that have IGDB data, and are shovelware can be grouped. Thinking of a toggle for shovelware games on the game data to group them. This way, it won’t spam the site. The toggle is under "pocket PSN settings".

- Ability to comment on a trophy (TROPHY COMMENTS ADDED): if you own the game, as mentioned by others, if a trophy is bugged, there is no way to discuss or comment on it.

- "Recent trophy comments": Much like the forums home page, "recent forum posts", having a section for recent comments would be amazing. Another suggestion is to display recent comment posts on the users' forum page. There is a comment leaderboard, but no way to find what comments that user has posted.

Fairly new to the website so if my suggestions were already discussed I apologize:

1) Multiple sorting options: I want to go into games and sort alphabetically, but I also want to sort in terms of owners for example at the same time

2) Option to remove shovelware ( games page )

3) Option to remove duplicates of the same game: ( games page ) I will take for example a random game: "0 Degrees". It has like 7 entries, I would like to only see one

4) Letter pages ( Games that start with the letter A, B , etc.) I don't know how to explain properly sorry

5) Option to remove the profile banner. On a laptop screen it takes 3/4 of the page

I'd like to point out that on the mobile app, when you search a game in which you have trophies in (vs. scrolling to find it on your profile) there are no timestamps there. The only way to find it on mobile is to scroll down on your profile.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but a big thing that a lot of people would love is the ability to change and show yourself in other regional leaderboards.

People been asking for that in PSNp for years but they said they didn't want to look into it

I ask as people from Northern Ireland for example would like to be able to see both in the UK and Ireland leaderboards they sit since they are part of both technically

 

I know the site has a way to change the leaderboards but it would be great to actually be able to load up that country and see yourself positioned on that board

 

This would be a MASSIVE win for pPSN 

Also it would be really nice as well if the rarities of games shown on the main screen for the 100%'s and Plat's

You should consider reaching out to the guy that made the extension for PSNp+ it has so many useful features that could evolve this site even more and the app

I'm just gonna say this as a catch all statement for anyone migrating from other sites or using us as a secondary, whilst we massively appreciate all the suggestions you guys are throwing forwards and some... if not most will be in the pipeline.

 

You have to stop mentioning other sites. We can see what other sites have and haven't got, we understand you want to use us, as a different site to make up for what they are or are not lacking but you can just mention a suggestion without them. The more you say ''X site doesn't have this so you should do it'' will just push it down the pipeline of additions.

My Apologies it wasn't supposed to be the intention just thought that the guy that made the extension may be willing to work with you guys is all since they aren't an actual part of that team and just made a seperate extension. I personally want to see this site prosper, I've wanted to see some serious competition to drown psnp for a long time as have many in the community.

 

As for my other suggestion again its just something I wanted to see in general as someone who is from Northern Ireland that would like to see the freedom and accessibility within leaderboards.

Suggestions:

 

1. I want to second MikeCheckx's suggestion. A feature that I miss is enhanced game sorting (more sorting options). Personally I want one filter for all, earned and unearned trophies and another filter for order default, alphabetical, earn date, trophy type, psn rarity, pocket psn rarity and pocket points. I find myself often checking the trophy list for games I am working on and this feature would make it way more convenient.

2. Increase visible distinction between earned/unearned trophies when looking at a games trophy list. Currently when browsing a trophy list the only indication for if a trophy is earned or not is a green text. I would love if it was easier to distinguish earned and unearned trophies. Especially for mobile!

-> Some ideas: add background color to earned trophies, make unearned trophies appear have less opacity, remove/black out the trophy icon for unearned trophies, etc...

 

3. Make a report system for unobtainables and mark unobtainables games and trophies. This will probably require someone to manage a list of unobtainables but would be very useful tool for browsing and selecting games.

        - Add "Forum Profile" text to Forum Profile button (so you know where the button leads to)
    Dashboard - Games List:
        - More filter options: e.g. Platinum earned, 100% Completed, Not Completed, etc.
        - Sorting order: Ascending, Descending
        - Combo options instead of 1 selected option only: e.g. PS5+PS4, PS4+PS3+Vita, PS5+PSVR, etc.
        - Add total amount of trophies of a game to each game entry
    Level History:
        - Fix level history algorithm: there's a discrepancy on web and mobile app
    Trophy Log:
        - Add "Unearned" filter
        - Sorting order: Ascending, Descending
        - Highlight/Show applied filters, order, console options etc.
        - Fix number of trophies and pages showing when filters are applied
    Dashboard - Cabinet:
        - Increase amount of cabinet items to 10 (or more for supporters)
        - Add 100% game completions (the game itself, not just individual trophies) to cabinets

Game's Trophies Page:
    - Add total amount of trophies to game's info box (currently, only when a game has DLC it's being displayed on top of each trophy section)

Mobile app:
    - Remove Google account login requirement when opening app
    
System-wide:
    - Console tags with different colors
    - Add Pocket Rarity: Trophy Rarity based on tracked PocketPSN users (instead of all the users on PSN)

Group game stacks = so that we don't see a game with 8 listings, because they are cross-platform & have regional stacks.

just have one forum per game and then let the forum goers tag the post as [PS4/PS5].
 

information that applies to the ps4 also applies to the ps5 version and I find having to read two seperate forums bothersome and unnecessary.

Excuse me for talking about another gaming website, however - did you know that PSNProfiles has the option to view all region/platform forums for a particular game all at the same time?

no its not immedialtly obvious to me but that just shows its shitty deisgn and shouldn't be copied in anyway.

i'd also like to request:
Would also be very nice if I could filter on my game trophy screen to be able to filter by things like: date completed, not achieved (these are the only two I personally care about) or rarity. Example would be dead by daylight, and I have one trophy left and I have to scroll right down the list to check what that trophy is. This is the screen I’m talking about
