Dead by Daylight Box Art Adept Tapp Trophy
Adept Tapp

To unlock this trophy, you’ll need to escape a trial with Detective Tapp while only using his three unique perks. Just make sure he’s level 10 so you can equip all three. Items, add-ons, and offerings are fine.

His perks turn out to be more or less interesting :

ed8c26.png

Tenacity lets you crawl faster and recover at the same time, making it harder for killers to finish you off.

c4fde3.png

Detective’s Hunch reveals generators, chests, and totems whenever a gen is completed, which is great for map awareness.

17471e.png

Stake Out builds tokens while near the killer’s terror radius, turning good skill checks into great ones for extra gen progress.

When you go for this, you can lean on Detective’s Hunch to keep track of totems and gens while sneaking around, then use Stake Out stacks to push through repairs safely. Escape through the gates or hatch while only running these three perks, and the trophy will pop.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Cherish your Life Trophy
Cherish your Life

This trophy is tied to the Gideon Meat Plant map. The generator you need is always in the bathroom on the lower floor, located toward the southwest side. You can reach it either through a doorway or by dropping down from a hole in the ceiling above.

Simply complete that generator and then escape—either through the exit gates or the hatch—for the trophy to unlock.

Since maps are random, you can use the Jigsaw Piece offering to boost your chances of landing on Gideon. Just note that since offerings were nerfed in June 2025, it only gives about a 20% chance, so expect to try a few matches before it works.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Near-Death Experience Trophy
Near-Death Experience

For this trophy, you need to be downed only once in a match and still escape alive, and you’ll have to do it 25 times in total.

The safest way is to play stealthily. After you’re downed and rescued once, avoid the killer as much as possible—stay hidden, stick near objectives only when it’s safe, and consider waiting by an exit while teammates open the gate so you can slip out.

There’s also a backup method: if you’ve made it through the entire match without going down, you can still trigger the condition at the very end. Stand just inside the exit zone and bait the killer into hitting you. If they down you in the doorway, you’ll fall forward into the exit and it will still count as escaping after a single down.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Adept Pig Trophy
Adept Pig

To earn this trophy, you’ll need to defeat all 4 survivors with The Pig while running only her three unique perks. She must be at least level 10 to unlock three perk slots. Add-ons and offerings are fine, but no other perks are allowed.

Her perks are geared toward map control and punishing rescues:

  • Hangman’s Trick warns you of sabotages and reveals survivors near Scourge hooks while carrying.

  • Surveillance highlights regressing generators and makes repair noises easier to track.

  • Make Your Choice applies Exposed to rescuers if you’re far enough away, which can lead to easy downs.

Try to rely on Make Your Choice to snowball pressure after early hooks—punishing altruism is one of her strongest plays. Her Reverse Bear Traps also help buy time by forcing survivors off gens to search boxes, and crouch ambushes can be great for catching people off guard.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Game Over Trophy
Game Over

For this trophy, you’ll need to kill or sacrifice 30 survivors after the last generator is completed. It’s yet another grind, but manageable with the right setup.

A very useful perk here is Hex: No One Escapes Death. If a dull totem is still up when the exit gates are powered, it becomes a Hex, giving survivors the Exposed status so you can instantly down them with basic attacks.

A solid strategy is to hook survivors twice during the match (so they’re on death hook), then allow the final gen to be repaired. Once the gates are powered, finish them off quickly with downs and hooks. Over enough matches, the 30 endgame kills or sacrifices should stack up.

Dead by Daylight Box Art I Want to Play a Game Trophy
I Want to Play a Game

This trophy is quite an obnoxious grind—you’ll need to place 125 Reverse Bear Traps with The Pig. After putting a survivor in the dying state, press L2 to attach a trap. Her stealth ability makes it easier to land those downs, so take advantage of sneaky approaches.

By default, she carries only 4 traps per match, so even if you use all of them every game, it will take a while. Add-ons like Jigsaw’s Annotated Plan or Jigsaw’s Sketch increase the number of traps up to 6 total, which can speed things up. Just keep in mind that the Video Tape add-on doesn’t count, since survivors need to have the traps placed manually.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Happy Holidays Trophy
Happy Holidays

This is a time-specific trophy that can be annoying. It is tied to special event gift boxes that only show up in the Bloodweb during seasonal events such as the game anniversary (in June), Halloween or Christmas. These boxes replace some nodes and work the same way as normal Bloodweb offerings, but they only appear for the duration of the event (usually 2–3 weeks).

If no event is planned any time soon, there's unfortunately nothing you can do.

The best approach is to save up Bloodpoints in advance, then spend heavily once the event begins to claim as many gift boxes as possible. Expect one or two boxes for every bloodweb level. The trophy can be earned with either killers or survivors, so just keep grinding during event weeks until you’ve opened enough.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Milk 'n' Cookies Trophy
Milk 'n' Cookies

Every map has a basement, usually under the main building or inside the killer shack, and there’s always a single chest down there. For this trophy, you need to open that chest and take the item in 30 separate matches. You don’t have to keep the item. Just grabbing it is enough for progress.

Since there’s only one basement chest per trial, this will take at least 30 games as survivor. Just head straight to the basement at the start of a match before anyone else grabbed it, then return to objectives afterward.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Holiday Get-Together Trophy
Holiday Get-Together

The description makes this sound harder than it is. You don’t actually need three survivors hooked at the same time. The trophy just requires you to use basement hooks three times in one trial, even if it’s on different people.

The main challenge is getting survivors into the basement before they wiggle free. Perks like Agitation (faster carry) and Iron Grasp (slower wiggle) make it much easier. If you want to play it safe, The Trapper is a strong choice since he can trap the basement area and lock survivors down once they’re hooked.

Focus on downing survivors near the shack and prioritize basement hooks over everything else. After three successful basement hooks in a match, the trophy will unlock.

Dead by Daylight Box Art Adept Cannibal Trophy
Adept Cannibal

To unlock this trophy, you’ll need to win with The Cannibal while only using his three unique perks: Knock Out, Barbecue & Chili, and Franklin’s Demise. Make sure he’s at least level 10 so you can equip all three. Add-ons and offerings are fine, but no extra perks are allowed. To succeed, you’ll need a Merciless Killer result, which means sacrificing or killing all four survivors.

His perks are fairly straightforward:

599b44.png

Knock Out hides downed survivors to their teammates and slows their crawl speed.

4bac48.png

Barbecue & Chili reveals distant survivor auras after a hook, helping with map pressure.

013df1.png

Franklin’s Demise forces survivors to drop their items when hit and can keep them from reusing them later.

I leaned heavily on BBQ to keep track of survivors between hooks—it really helps avoid wasting time searching. Pair that with Leatherface’s chainsaw for quick downs, and you’ll be able to snowball matches.
